The embodiment of Dorothy's final commands to destroy humans and to revive her, Ash is a nuclear reactor on legs. By ingesting uranium he gains the ability to emit lethal amounts of radiation, which is amplified by the suit encasing his body. He is using this power to gradually irradiate the planet, exterminating not only humans, but all life. Ash seems to enjoy his absolute authority in the post-Dorothy world, and bends his creator-given objectives in whatever way benfits him most. Though he shows signs of an undisclosed personal agenda, there is a core of suffering within Ash that binds the rest of the Last Galerians to him. |
