An artificial intelligence created by Dr. Steiner and Dr. Pascalle, Dorothy has a megalomaniacal streak a mile wide. Quickly working her way up from a test project to the mother computer of Michelangelo City, she determines to dominate everything she can reach, but is headed off by Dr. Steiner's maxim that just as humans cannot defy God, she cannot defy her creators. She intends to circumvent this rule by creating her own race of superhumans, Galerians, and replacing humankind with them, using a plan called the Family Project. The only means of stopping Dorothy are the virus and activation programs hidden in the minds of Rion and Lilia. |
