Six years ago, Rion Stiener and Lilia Pascalle faced the mother computer Dorothy. And though they destroyed Dorothy's central system, they failed.

Within Dorothy's systems there is another world, made of data, where everything lost in the final battle lies waiting to be restored. And it is from here that Dorothy's contingency plan is set into motion, in the form of the Last Galerians. They have two directives - destroy all humans and restore Dorothy. Mankind hardly has the ability to stand against them.

It is into this lost future that Rion rises from the dead to become the last hope, and to unravel the secrets of Dorothy's legacy in the world on the the other side.
